Meet Our Board of Directors

Solomon Idowu
Managing Director
Hello! My name is Solomon Idowu, The Solomon Idowu. I'm a young chap excited by the prospect of building towards goals, whatever they might be, in whatever form. Boys Without Borders is one of the things I'm involved in building and I thoroughly enjoy the process of working on a solution so niche, but yet so impactful with so many awesome people. My superpower? Ideating while lying down, looking at my ceiling, and probably overworking myself too. I love exploring the vast canvas that is music, feasting on design feeds, engaging in political and social commentary and enjoying the best form of entertainment ever developed, anime.

Ebunoreofe Adedeji
Co-Director, Media and Communication
Hi, hi. My name is Ebunoreofe Adedeji. I'm all about books, food and the christian lifestyle. I run a food blog and I think SpongeBob is a mood for every occasion.
BWB NG has given me a rare opportunity to make a difference in the lives of boys, and the community I've found in the organisation has encouraged me to continually give my best to boy-child advocacy.
When I'm not admiring the content produced by the geniuses in the best directorate (Media & Comms), I'm probably listening to my favourite artistes.

Feyidara Idowu
Co-Director, Media and Communication
Feyidara Idowu, fondly known as GlobalFeyi, is a dynamic strategist, storyteller, and advocate who uses the power of communication to influence culture and inspire change. With the range to move from boardrooms to grassroots, digital campaigns to live stages, she is shaping the future of purpose-driven storytelling in Africa.
As Co-Director of Media and Communications at Boys Without Borders Nigeria, she leads bold, culture-shifting campaigns focused on boy-child advocacy, giving voice to realities many struggle to articulate.
Beyond advocacy, GlobalFeyi is an event host and voiceover artist, celebrated for her engaging stage presence and crisp, compelling voice. Whether voicing a campaign or moderating high-impact conversations, she brings presence, precision, and purpose to every moment.
An alumna of Junior Achievement Nigeria’s Venture in Management Program (ViMP) at Lagos Business School, she is also a Beyond Success facilitator with Equip Nigeria and is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Ibadan School of Business.
Through every story told, platform held, and word spoken, GlobalFeyi continues to amplify voices, drive impact, build influence, and shape narratives that matter.

Ìbùkúnolúwa Dada
Director, Sponsorships & Partnerships
Ìbùkúnolúwa Dada is a content writer, poet, and an advocate for gender equality. On days he is not targeting customers, he impersonates Cupid and Life in what has birthed his chapbook, Beauties of These Days. On other days, he is writing on Medium under the influence of music.

Deborah Ajayi
Director, Finance
¡Hola! My name is Ajayi Deborah, and a number of people immediately say "Debby" whenever I introduce myself. It's annoying enough that I have a popular name, I have to battle with a popular nickname too?
I joined Boys Without Borders in 2020 to have an understanding of what the boy child advocacy is. I'm really glad I did, I'm happy with the things that we've done, and I look forward to our future accomplishments.
When I'm not volunteering or doing finance-related things for Boys Without Borders, I'm either reading, seeing a movie, lost in music, or cooking up great story plots that escape me before I get to my computer.

Olamilekan Mashika
Director, Volunteer Engagement and Campus Networks
My name is Olamilekan Mashika (Ola, not Lekan). I am a writer, a researcher and an aspiring academic. I like to think that I am a philosopher too, but who am I kidding? Boys without Borders for me is a necessity in my life. Growing up in Mushin, I know and have seen first-hand the need for the education and reorientation of growing boys and with BWB, I am part of that change. Not that I like to brag, but I think I know how to get people to like me when delegating work. That is why my guys at Campus Networks and Volunteer Engagement love me, and I equally love them. People like to say I am too old fashioned because of my lifestyle choices (ranging from clothes, music taste, movie taste and even in my conversations). For example, I don't wear denim jeans), I hate shoes and I quite frankly am not a fan of pop. To wrap up, I'd say everyone should give their life to philosophy.
